On 1 October 2018, the ANZ aligned dealer groups (Financial Services Partners, Millennium3, RI Advice and Elders Financial Planning*) became part of IOOF.

In addition, IOOF has reached substantial economic completion of the ANZ pensions and investments (P&I) business. Final completion of the acquisition of the P&I business is expected to occur towards the end of March 2019.

The transfer agreement does not include ANZ’s insurance business or ANZ Financial Planning.

This makes IOOF the second largest financial advice provider in Australia by funds under advice.
