The Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) is your chance to hear an update on your super. You’ll learn how it performed over the 2024/25 financial year, what we're planning for the year ahead, and can ask the team managing your super any general questions - big or small.
It’s a great way to stay informed and engaged with your super, and we’re here to make it as easy as possible.

We’ll answer as many questions as possible during the Q&A session, including those that are submitted when registering or are asked during the meeting. Please note that questions about personal matters cannot be answered during the meeting for privacy reasons. - Annual Financial Report for the IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund (including Directors’ Report, Remuneration Report, Auditor’s Independence Declaration and Financial Statements)
- Annual Financial Report for the AvWrap Retirement Service (including Directors’ Report, Remuneration Report, Auditor’s Independence Declaration and Financial Statements)
- detailed payment lists for the 2024-25 financial year including promotion, marketing or sponsorship and payments made to a related party. During the income year, the Fund did not make any payments or gifts to a political entity, campaign, associated political entity or industrial body.
What is the Annual Members’ Meeting?
The Annual Members’ Meeting, overseen by the funds’ Trustee, IOOF Investment Management Limited, is an opportunity for members to hear about the performance of their super fund during the previous financial year ending 30 June, the economic outlook and the funds’ strategic plan. It also provides members with a forum to ask questions.
What is the Trustee and its role?
The Trustee of IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund and AvWrap Retirement Service is IOOF Investment Management Limited. The Board of IOOF Investment Management Limited consists of a group of external non-executive directors. Their purpose is to prioritise the interests of fund members and to oversee the operation of your super fund.
The Trustee has both statutory and fiduciary responsibility to manage IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund and AvWrap Retirement Service in the best financial interests of its members. This involves overseeing the super funds’ operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and making decisions prioritising the interests of our super funds members.
Do I need to attend?
No, you don’t have to attend. We will post a recording of the meeting on our website within one month after the meeting, together with the minutes of the meeting and any questions and answers that we couldn’t get to at the meeting.
If I can’t attend can someone else attend for me?
Anyone can watch a recording of the meeting on our website one month after the meeting.
That time doesn’t suit me. Can I watch the recording afterwards?
A recording of the meeting will be available on our website within one month after the meeting.

When is the Annual Members’ Meeting held?
The IOOF Portfolio Service Superannuation Fund and AvWrap Retirement Service financial year ends on 30 June, and the Annual Members' Meeting must be held by 31 March the following year. The 2025 Annual Members’ Meeting will be held on 19 February 2026.
When will I be notified?
Notices to all super funds members are being sent from late November 2025.
