As new accounts in eXpand and IOOF Essential are created for your clients on migration, you will be maintained as the nominated adviser.
You will have access your clients’ accounts via IOOF Online. If you haven’t registered for IOOF Online please contact us.
Have eXpand and IOOF Essential been added to your Licensee's Approved Product List? If you are unsure, contact us and we can step you through the process.

We will provide detailed communications outlining everything clients need to be aware of. We will keep you fully informed prior to any communications being sent to clients.
15 november to 6 December 2021
There will be a transaction freeze period to support the migration. The freeze period will mean a temporary suspension on withdrawals, contributions, transfers and trade instructions to support the migration of data and assets. All existing pension payments will continue.
From 6 December, the transaction freeze period will end, and all new transactions will be processed into the new account.
