Evolve data feeds

What are data feeds?

A data feed is a way of sending up to date information regarding your clients’ portfolio from Evolve to third-party financial planning tools.

What products are included?

All products operated on the Evolve technology platform will be supported including:

  • eXpand
  • IOOF Essential
  • Shadforth Portfolio Service
  • IOOF Personal Super
  • IOOF Pension
  • IOOF Employer Super

This will be available for you to select on your Financial Planning Software as “IOOF Group” data feed.

What Financial Planning Software do you provide data feeds to?

The feed utilises the latest version of the EPI 4.3 industry standard. EPI refers to External Platform Interface, the widely accepted industry standard for sending data from investment platforms to financial planning software, meaning we can provide data to any software the accepts the feed.

Over the past 12 months we have been working closely with providers to upgrade to EPI 4.3. If you provider does not currently accept this format, ask them to reach out to us at DatafeedSupport@ioof.com.au and IOOF can assist.

We currently have arrangements to send to:
XPLAN (IRESS)
AdviserLogic
MyProsperity
PlatformPlus
PlutoSoft
SYNCRM
