The Link Market Services Investor Service Centre is a site that has been designed to give you greater access to information about your shareholdings as well as the ability to update your details online.

To navigate around the site, simply fill in your details under the Single Holding. The Issuer code will be IFL for IOOF Holdings Limited.

For your security, you will be asked to provide your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) and your postcode. The security image showing on the screen must be typed in, and the box indicating you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions has to be ticked before clicking on the login button.

On the next screen, you can then select the option you require from the tabs at the top of the screen.

Your HIN or SRN is located on your original shareholding statement as well as subsequent statements and payment (dividend or distribution) notices. As this is a number that identifies you as the owner of your shares, you should store it in a safe place.
