Portfolio Online is a web-based portfolio management tool provided by IOOF for all investors, advisers and employers who hold IOOF products.

Using the latest security technology to help ensure the protection of data, Portfolio Online offers a range of financial tools and reports to make portfolio management easier, whether you're an investor, an adviser managing multiple clients, or an employer managing a super fund.

Investors

Portfolio Online provides a range of current and historical transaction and performance details about your account including:

  • Portfolio summary - view the value of each investment option and the total value of your portfolio;
  • Account transactions - view all your transactions including deposits/contributions, payments/withdrawals and investment earnings. These are updated daily with the latest unit holdings and current unit prices;
  • Account information - view your insurance, superannuation and pension details (if applicable) as well as information about your regular savings and withdrawal plans;
  • Online Switching - allows you to switch between investment options online (for Corporate and Employer superannuation members only); and
  • Reports - view your portfolio history, transaction details, asset allocation and account performance.

Advisers

Portfolio Online allows you to access a complete range of current and historical details at the account and client level, including:

  • Portfolio summary - view the value of your clients' IOOF portfolio including complete historical data;
  • Transactions - see your clients' transactions, including investment units and unit prices which are updated each day. You can also view all pending transactions;
  • Performance data - view graphically how your clients' accounts have performed since the account was opened;
  • Reports - Available reports include management reports, dealer level reports such as Funds Under Administration, realised and unrealised capital gains tax reports and up-to-date Centrelink schedules; and
  • Account details, which include relevant insurance, margin lending, superannuation and pension details, ETP components and information on regular savings and withdrawal plans.

Employers

Portfolio Online's TRANSACT provides a user friendly, fast and accurate way to administer your superannuation plan. It allows you to:

  • add new members to your plan;
  • make superannuation contributions for your employees;
  • remove employees who have left your employment; and
  • update member details.

TRANSACT includes comprehensive reporting functionality that allows you to produce a range of reports including plan summary report, member details report and contribution history report. You can also access employee information such as account balances and insurance cover.
