 “Adviser Survey May 2012” COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on the entry and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry to the “IOOF Adviser Survey –May 2012” competition (the Promotion). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. The promoter is IOOF Holdings Ltd (ABN 49 100 103 722) (IOOF) of Level 6, 161 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (the Promoter).
  2. The Promoter is responsible for the conducting, promoting and awarding of prizes related to the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion commences on 1 May 2012 at 10:00am (AEST) and closes on 8 May 2012 at 5:00pm (AEST) (the Promotion Period).
  4. Entry into the Promotion is limited. A person is eligible to enter into the Promotion provided that person satisfies the following eligibility requirements:
    (a) You must be an individual (not a company or an organisation); and
    (b) You must have received a personally addressed invitation to participate in the Promotion from Mr Geoff Kellett (Head of Sales, IOOF Holdings Ltd) during the period 1 May 2012 to 8 May 2012;
    (c) You must be a resident of either New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia or Tasmania (entry is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory); and
    (d) During the Promotion Period, you completed the “IOOF Adviser Survey - May 2012” (located at the online address notified to you in your invitation).
  5. Entry into the draw is automatic upon completion of the activity listed at clause 4(d). Entry is limited to one entry per person.
  6. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Sydney office (Level 22, 207 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000) on 15 May 2012 at 12:00pm (AEST) (Draw Date).
  7. A winning entry will be the first valid entry drawn from the total pool of entrants. In total, one (1) entry will be drawn as a winner.
  8. The prize is a $250 WestfieldÒ Gift Card (the Prize). In total, one (1) Prize will be given away.
  9. The result of the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of any aspect of the Prize, due to circumstances beyond its control. In any event, the Promoter will not offer an alternative prize or cash equivalent. A Prize must be taken by the winner – it cannot be transferred to another person. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Westfield Gift Cards*.
  11. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and registered mail within two days of the Draw Date. A Prize will be sent by registered mail to the Prize winner at the Promoters’ expense.
  12. The name the Prize winner will be published on the “Adviser” section of the IOOF corporate website (www.ioof.com.au/adviser) within seven days of the Draw Date, for a period of two weeks.
  13. Should a Prize not be claimed, the Prize will not be re-drawn.
  14. Eligible entrants’ personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the IOOF group Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at www.ioof.com.au
  15. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees, contractors and agents, and all other suppliers of the Prize will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, the marketing, endorsement, sponsorship or running of the Promotion or the use of any Prize (except for liability that cannot be excluded by law).
