The IOOF Multi Series Balanced Trust (the Trust) is a diversified multi manager unit trust. It provides exposure to traditional assets such as equities, fixed interest, property and cash through a range of specially selected index and active investment managers. The investments are generally in unlisted unit trusts, however the Trust may have some direct holdings.

The Constitution of the Trust allows the Responsible Entity to exercise discretions (e.g. determining transaction costs and rounding) which may affect unit pricing.
