IOOF Flexi Trust offers a range of retail managed funds. You or your adviser can choose to diversify your investment across a list of funds with various risk/return profiles, enabling you to establish a personalised investment portfolio that suits your investment objectives.

The fund options that are available through IOOF Flexi Trust are managed by our wholesale fund manager Perennial Investment Partners Ltd (Perennial), a specialist boutique investment management company formed in 1999 through a joint venture between senior investment professionals and IOOF. Fund information

Management Expense Ratio (MER)

The MER, which is also referred to as the Investment Management Fee, provides a measure of the total annual cost of investing in a managed fund and is a useful guide when comparing the annual costs of managed funds. The MER excludes establishment or withdrawal fees. It is not an additional fee.

IOOF/Perennial International Equities Fund To grow the value of your investment over the long term by investing in a diversified portfolio of international shares, and to provide returns that exceed the MSCI World (ex Australia) Accumulation Index - unhedged, measured in Australian dollars, on a rolling three-year basis. IOOF/Perennial Growth Shares Fund To grow the value of your investment over the long term via a combination of capital growth and tax-effective income, by investing in a diversified portfolio of Australian shares with returns that outperform the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index, measured on a rolling three year basis. IOOF/Perennial Value Shares Fund To grow the value of your investment over the long term via a combination of capital growth and tax-effective income, by investing in a diversified portfolio of Australian shares, and to provide returns that exceed the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index, measured on a rolling three year basis. IOOF/Perennial Australian Property Securities Fund To grow the value of your investment over the long term through a combination of capital growth and income by investing in a selection of Australian listed, or soon to be listed, property investments. The Fund aims to provide a total return that exceeds the S&P/ASX 200 Property Accumulation Index, measured over a rolling three-year period. Moderate to High 1.74
IOOF/Perennial Fixed Interest Fund To provide total returns greater than cash and inflation, and in excess of the UBSA Composite Bond Index (0+ years) measured on a rolling three year basis, through the active management of a diversified portfolio of fixed interest investments. Moderate 1.23
IOOF/Perennial Cash and Income Fund To provide a monthly income payment from investments in short term interest bearing securities, while maintaining a stable unit price of $1. The Fund aims to provide a level of income distribution over the medium term, which exceeds that available from bank deposits and cash management trusts and exceeds the UBSA Bank Bill index, on a rolling three-year basis.
