Our aim is to ensure this transition goes as smoothly for you as possible. A detailed communications pack containing all the important information you need to know about this transfer was mailed to you in the week commencing 18 January 2010.

- how this transfer will occur;
- when the transfer will occur; and
- what you can do to ensure you get the most out of your investment.

Below is a summary of important dates relating to the transfer.

| 5 February 2010 | Deadline for returning 'Notice of intent to claim a tax deduction' (s290 notice) and Tax File Number forms |
| 9 February 2010 5.00 pm | Final deadline for return of Managed Investment Schemes' proxy form |
| 10 February 2010 | February pension payments to be made |
| 12 February 2010 9.00 am | Managed Investment Schemes' meeting |
| 24 February 2010 | March pension payments to be made |
| 28 February 2010 | Effective date of transfer |
| Late March 2010 | Transfer complete and transaction suspension ends |
