Portfolio Online

Portfolio Online is a web-based portfolio management tool for employers who have employees in:

  • IOOF Portfolio Service Employer Superannuation
  • IOOF Portfolio Service Corporate Superannuation
  • LifeTrack Employer Superannuation
  • LifeTrack Corporate Superannuation
  • Financial Partnership Portfolio Service Employer Superannuation.

Once logged into Portfolio Online, you can use TRANSACT, a user friendly, fast and accurate way to administer your superannuation plan. It allows you to:

  • add new members to your plan
  • make superannuation contributions for your employees
  • remove employees who have left your employment
  • update member details.

Portfolio online includes comprehensive reporting functionality that allows you to produce a range of reports including plan summary report, member details report and contribution history report.

Spectrum super employers

If your employees are in Spectrum Super, you can access Super 123 as an online administration and clearing house solution. It provides you with an easy tool to:

  • add employees, remove employees and change employee details
  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)employee contributions to Spectrum Super
  • EFT choice of fund contributions and let us direct them to the right super fund.
