IOOF’s partnership with TAL Life Limited (TAL) means you have access to a range of resources to help you manage your client’s insurance.
Online access
Through our web portal, Portfolio Online, you can access TAL’s online insurance tool UWPlus. This tool allows you to submit, monitor and report on applications for insurance cover. You can also track the status of claims in progress.
Specialist services are also available via UWPlus to help you manage your clients in a way which best suits your business. For example, you can schedule a tele-interview allowing your client to submit their application verbally. This can be less daunting than completing a paper based application for some clients. It also means you don’t have to be directly involved in the collation of the client’s medical history if you don’t wish to be.
