TechConnect

IOOF TechConnect is IOOF's technical support service for financial advisers.

It provides access to qualified staff able to provide technical support to help advisers give advice to their clients. There are also a range of technical tools available to advisers to help them comprehend the different issues impacting their clients and better meet their ongoing needs.

This valuable service allows advisers to spend more time focusing on what they do best ... providing tailored financial advice to their range of clients.

Portfolio Administration

Portfolio Online is IOOF's online portfolio administration system.

It's a convenient, efficient and straightforward way to access a complete range of current and historical details at the account and client level. All you need is an internet connection and your secure log in details, and you can access your clients' IOOF portfolio data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Features include:

  • Portfolio summary - view the value of your clients' IOOF portfolio including complete historical data.
  • Transactions - see your clients' transactions, including investment units and unit prices which are updated each day. You can also view all pending transactions.
  • Performance data - view graphically how your clients' accounts have performed since the account was opened.
  • Reports - Available reports include management reports, dealer level reports such as Funds Under Administration, realised and unrealised capital gains tax reports and up-to-date Centrelink schedules.
  • Account details also include relevant insurance, margin lending, superannuation and pension details, ETP components and information on regular savings and withdrawal plans.

IOOF has a national business development network of Key Account Managers whose primary aim is to support advisers in the growth of their business using IOOF investment solutions.

Education Material

IOOF works with advisers to grow and develop their business by providing a range of practical support tools. From client seminars and educational presentations for dealer groups, to calculators and marketing support material, we have a variety of tools available to support advisers in the growth of their business.

  • IOOF Roadshows: At least once a year, IOOF goes on the road to update advisers and key industry stakeholders on business strategies, product and service developments and issues within the industry and economy as a whole
