Perennial Investment Partners

Perennial Investment Partners Limited (Perennial) is a specialist investment management company within the IOOF Group. Founded in 1999 by investment professionals and IOOF, Perennial invests across major asset classes including Australian equities (Value and Growth styles), International equities, Asian equities and Fixed Interest. IOOF Multi Investment Manager Trust

IOOF also employs a specialist, experienced team of investment professionals who manage a range of Multi-Investment Manager (MIM) funds.

The IOOF MIM investment team allocates funds across a diverse range of fund managers, in all major asset classes. IOOF MIM funds are designed to offer investors more reliable and consistent returns than single manager funds, relevant to the investment objective of each MIM Fund.

Investors can gain access to the range of IOOF MIM funds via IOOF Portfolio Service (IPS).

IOOF investment products and services are sold and supported by financial advisers in boutique and nationally represented dealer groups.

IOOF holds a number of equity positions, ranging from 20% to 49% in a number of these dealer groups and owns 100% of the Consultum dealer group.

Consultum was born in 2006 following the merger of two leading Australian financial planning groups: Winchcombe Carson Financial Planning and Financial Partnership.

Established in 1979, Winchcombe was one of Australia's pioneering financial planning groups. Financial Partnership, launched in 2002, was one of Australia's first lifestyle financial planning groups, seeking strong ongoing relationships with its clients throughout every life-stage.

Consultum has the backing and resourcing of its parent company The IOOF Group, an ASX 200 listed company that has been looking after the financial security of Australians for over 160 years.

The Consultum group's head office is located in Melbourne, but our network of over 100 financial advisers are located around the nation.

IOOF Portfolio Service (IPS) is the main platform offering of the IOOF Group. IPS offers financial planners, investors and employers a flexible and simple administration solution for their investment, superannuation and allocated pension portfolios and needs:

  • Flexible. Investors can switch or invest in options on a regularly updated investment list at their convenience.
  • Simple. A streamlined fee structure across investments, superannuation and allocated pensions.
  • Investment options. IPS offers investors around 80 investment options including IOOF/Perennial funds and the IOOF MIM funds that aim to provide reliable and consistent returns. Superannuation clients can also invest in 80 of the top 100 companies listed on the ASX via IPS.
  • Savings. IPS aims to save investors money through its competitive pricing, online facilities and streamlined administration service.

IOOF believes in ensuring the investment options offered by products within IOOF Portfolio Service is in effect a "live" and manageable list of available investments, providing investors with a fully comprehensive selection of investment options. We conduct regular and extensive research to ensure the latest fund options, quality investment managers and the right mix of funds are available.

As a result the investment list offers:

  • over 70 direct shares - a selection based on the top 150 stocks listed on the Australian Stock Exchange,
